Wood keepsake or jewelry box. American red gum (smoke pattern) with end grain walnut edging on lid. Red gum trees grow mainly in the deep south USA and are a fine grained high quality wood used for furniture, architectural details, etc. The smoke pattern is rare and generaly used like this venner. I used some quarter sawn walnut end grain for the edge of the lid because the colors work well together and walnut is also a southern wood and indicates strength and longevity. The box form is solid clear pine. Inside may be custom fitted upon request.

This is a perfect box for dresser top organizer, jewelry box, keepsakes. Can be custom ordered in any wood, any interior fittings, locks, etc. Any jewelry box you want, I can design and make.
